Partner Marc S. Schechter has been included in the 2019 San Diego Super Lawyers list for a seventh year. Partner Corey F. Schechter has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in the area of Employee Benefits Law in 2016, 2018 and 2019. Mr. Schechter's practice focuses on employee benefits law, employee stock ownership plans, pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans, ERISA litigation, ERISA fiduciary liability, business law, and qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs).
