Elizabeth Sales specializes in the areas of ERISA Litigation, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, Pension and Profit Sharing Plans, Employee Benefits, Business Law, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), and Tax Law.

Ms. Sales earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics in 2004 from the University of California, San Diego, where she was on the Provost’s Honors List for her excellent academic record. She received a juris doctor degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2006, and a masters of laws in taxation degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2007. Ms. Sales served as the President of the USD Tax Law Society for one year and organized over fourteen event speakers for the society, receiving a Certificate of Merit from the University of San Diego, School of Law, in recognition of her service.

Ms. Sales is admitted to practice before the court of California and the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California. She is a member of the Taxation Section, State Bar of California; the Taxation Section, San Diego County Bar Association; and the American Bar Association.
