Ms. Myrmo earned her Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from California Western School of Law in 2007 where she was on the Dean’s Honor List and graduated in the top 5½ percent of her class.  She received the Ralph Gano Miller Tax Award for earning the highest grade in tax courses.  She also received the Highest Academic Achievement Award in the subjects of Estate and Gift Tax, Business Planning - Representing Small Business Enterprises, Legal Drafting, Property I and Property II.  Ms. Myrmo served as a staff writer and associate editor on the school’s Law Review and International Law Journal.  Ms. Myrmo earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Summa Cum Laude, from San Diego State University in 2004 where she was on the Dean’s List and a member of several honor societies including Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Sigma Alpha, Lambda Pi Eta, Golden Key International and Phi Eta Sigma.  Ms. Myrmo first joined Butterfield SchechterLLP in December 2000 (admitted to the California Bar in June 2007).

Ms. Myrmo is admitted to practice before the courts of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.  She is a member of the State Bar of California and  the San Diego County Bar Association.  Ms. Myrmo is also a member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference, San Diego Chapter, and the Compensation & Benefits Association of San Diego.
