Ms. Munyer practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Corporate and Tax Planning, Employee Benefits, Pension and Profit Sharing Plans and ERISA.

Ms. Munyer graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego in 2006, where she earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Economics. She earned her juris doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2010, where she graduated magna cum laude and received an Academic Merit Scholarship. Ms. Munyer also served as a writer on California Western School of Law’s Law Review and International Law Journal. She earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she received a Graduate Law Merit Scholarship. While receiving her LL.M., Ms. Munyer interned with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel, where she successfully tried a case before the Tax Court.

Ms. Munyer is admitted to the State Bar of California and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
